Description
Seldom Seiko LM Lord Matic 5605-5000, from August 1970, fitted with a mid range 5605 automatic movement, with stop second and manual winding. The 5605 “date only” variation of the 5606 movement is not often seen. This “Lord Matic” range was discontinued in ca 1975.
The overall condition of this watch is good to very good with some light wear on the case. The dial and the hands are in very good condition. The hands are quite particular with their striped pattern.
The movement is holding good time (+/- 10 s/d) and the date quickset is working.
The crystal is original and has been polished. Finally, the leather rallye band is new.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (2020/06) checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
